On June 9, Feidian Chuangcheng supported an electrical equipment maintenance team in checking connections, measurement points and signal records for transformer bushing terminal tests. Records were assembled to support comparisons before and after maintenance.
When different operators test the same asset at different times, consistency in the records matters for later review. Asset identifiers were used as the index, linking terminal connection notes, acquisition settings and site observations to the equipment being tested.
The site team first checked the bushing terminal and test equipment, then saved signals at the agreed locations. Interference and operating changes were documented in notes alongside the data, reducing the need to reconstruct site conditions from a waveform alone.
A useful test record should identify the asset, the connections and settings used, and any changes observed during the measurement.

Following the checks, the asset index, connection and signal records, and follow-up observations were filed together. The maintenance team can add later records under the same index to build a continuing history.
Feidian Chuangcheng will continue to align instrument configurations and recording practices with application needs, supporting the retrieval and discussion of equipment test results.
